6 Western & English Today SUMMER 2014 PUBLISHER'S forum Get Ready to Buy! A ccording to Western & English Today's 2013 State of the Industry survey data, more than two out of every three retailers buy their Fall/Winter merchandise in the third quarter (July/August/September).
