JUNK
GYPSIES
by
"W
e were a little nervous about collaborating at f rst," says Amie Sikes,
who along with her sister Jolie owns the Junk Gypsies, "because
we're so picky. But the folks from Lane came to our store in Round Top,
Texas, and we went over our sketches—tons of sketches—and they
stayed really true to our vision." Arguably the crown princesses
of rock-meets-boho style, the gypsy sisters have employed
f owing fringe, cool colors, whimsical guitars, f owering
cactuses, and, of course, their trademark winged heart
to create a collection for the drif ers and dreamers.
