24 Western & English Today JUNK GYPSIES by "W e were a little nervous about collaborating at f rst," says Amie Sikes, who along with her sister Jolie owns the Junk Gypsies, "because we're so picky. But the folks from Lane came to our store in Round Top, Texas, and we went over our sketches—tons of sketches—and they stayed really true to our vision." Arguably the crown princesses of rock-meets-boho style, the gypsy sisters have employed f owing fringe, cool colors, whimsical guitars, f owering cactuses, and, of course, their trademark winged heart to create a collection for the drif ers and dreamers.
