EXPANDED RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MILANO HAT COMPANY'S STARNES Garland, Texas/new York — scott starnes has been named president of Milano Hat Company, parent company dorfman Pacifc announced this week. Former Milano Scott Starnes President richard Milano announced his retirement afer more than 25 years of service. starnes joined dorfman Pacifc in 2003 as vice president corporate sales afer 14 years in sales and management at Hatco. Managing several major national accounts, he quickly became dorfman Pacifc's top sales producer in 2005, while also serving as vice president of sales for Milano Hat Company (acquired by dorfman Pacifc in 2004). starnes was promoted to executive vice president of both dorfman and Milano in 2007 and remains head of dorfman's sales organization today.
